A message from Ren Kapur MBE, Founder and CEO  of  X-Forces, and Co-chair of Soldiering On Awards…

On 29th June, we’ll be celebrating Armed Forces Day along with so many of our friends, colleagues, partners and business associates; commemorating the valiant service of men and women in the British Armed Forces.

As you probably know, the Soldiering On Awards take this commemoration a step – or rather a giant leap – beyond this one day of celebration. We ensure that anyone from within the military family who has inspired, achieved or overcome the toughest hurdles has the chance to shine more permanently.

This is the reason we’re proud to be launching the nominations process for the 2020 Soldiering On Awards on Armed Forces Day!

A Soldiering On Award Finalist receives enhanced publicity in the months leading up to the Awards, and beyond.

They not only enjoy the thrill of being publicly recognised at a glittering gala event (along with all their fellow finalists), they also benefit from a year-long programme of support to help make their goals attainable. The X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) 3:6:12 programme ensures that each Winner has the opportunity to spread the word further about their achievements and/or the charities they support. We provide mentoring, guidance and a whole host of opportunities to really springboard them forward.

In the coming days we’ll be posting about our 2019 Winners on this blog and across social media, so you can check in each day to see who won which Award. It might remind you of someone you know who’s achieved something similar!

Being nominated for a Soldiering On Award is a fabulous opportunity for an individual, organisation or charity that you feel is deserving of praise! So please start thinking about who inspires you – and when the nominations open on June 29th, you’ll be ready to put them forward.
