This November Britain’s Fashion world came together to support the UK’s most famous regiment ‘The Household Cavalry’ at a spectacular event at London’s Dorchester Hotel.

Over 300 guests attended the Fashion for the Brave Gala hosted by Sir John Standing at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Friday 8 November including Patron for the evening of the Household Cavalry Foundation charity HRH Princess Beatrice, celebrities and members of the Household Cavalry and Soldiering On.

Julien Macdonald created a dress for Abby Clancy that was unveiled on the steps of the Dorchester prior to the event. Fashion legend Hilary Alexander OBE created an extraordinary show featuring some of the UK’s most iconic designers and guests including Abby Clancy, Peter Crouch, Nicky Clarke, Melissa Obadash, Julien Macdonald and Daniel Galvin Jnr mingled with the Household Cavalry Officers and Service Personnel, some of who have been seriously injured in Iraq and Afghanistan, or have recently returned from operations.

The Military Wives Choir entertained guests whilst they enjoyed a delicious dinner all in support of raising vital funds for military charities The Household Cavalry Foundation and Soldiering On.

For the first time this year a percentage of the proceeds will also be going to support the ‘Soldiering on Through Life Trust’.
